MossBros Auto Group Managing Nine Different Dealership Social Accounts
While I was a social media manager for MossBros. meant managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, NextDoor, and last but not least LinkedIn. I not only managed one account BUT, a total of NINE! Each one with hundreds of followers! Scroll through and view some of the car pictures I took on the lot, some designs I’ve edited, and coupons I created.
This is just one of the nine pages for MossBros Auto Group Dealerships I had to manage. Each week I would plan out what needs to be posted where, and what time. With that said I do have knowledge with the social media editing apps and other organizing platforms such as preview. From creating posts, uploading images, updating our status, communicating with customers, I can do it all.

Wow. Seeing the statistics with each post surprises me each time with the results. Viewing the number of views, shares, and comments, helps me understand what the viewers want to see through our page. Doing this fifteen times with all of our pages can be time-consuming, but, oh boy do I enjoy it. Starting in 2021, our TikTok account has grown! With hundreds of views, sometimes thousands were such an amazing accomplishment to view. Creating the video either in premiere, rush, an editing app, or Tiktok itself, was another skill set I was ready to master.

Dealing with nine different dealerships and one account can be tricky. From making the scripts, finding the salesmen, editing the video, then finally posting a video a day to three. WOW. From learning how to communicate with customers through comments or messaging, learning the guidelines on what to post for video or photos on each account, or managing the budget for advertising for the accounts. These three photos were the top three performing posts in December and January on the MossBros. Auto Group main account. During my employment at MossBros. I’ve learned that with a photo, you NEED to find a great spot for the lighting on the car and a good background. Whether that be the sky, the trees, anything to help the object of the image stand out. With those two ideas from your main perspective, I believe you can get any photo to be GREAT.
